Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada (AANDC) conducted a compliance review in fiscal year 2013-2014. Please find attached a copy of the compliance review. The review will be published on the Department's website over the coming months, along with this letter. Please submit a written response detailing the steps that your organization has taken or will take to implement the following recommendations within 30 days of receipt of this letter:

The recipient must submit detailed calculations and a clear audit trail proving that the entire subsidy is passed on to consumers.
The recipient must check list prices to ensure the accuracy of the information submitted.
