Dear Mr. Kovalik,

Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada (AANDC) conducted a compliance review during fiscal 2013-2014. Please find attached a copy of the compliance review. The review will be published on the Department's Web site over the coming months, with this letter. Please submit a written response detailing the steps that your organization has taken or will take to implement the following recommendations within 30 days of receipt of this letter:

In order that the beneficiary is able to provide an adequate audit trail, we recommend him to join the order form (select list) that shows the weight of each item in the invoice and keep it on file for reference for purposes of calculating the subsidy.
